You can pack lighter because we provide the washer & dryer. One week stay preferred for June, July, August, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. We will take reservations for less than one week 21 days out. Long term rentals (more than 3 weeks) are limited to 6 people. Our septic system can't handle more than 6 people for long periods of time. We have a security camera facing the driveway, which will be on during your stay. Our neighbors have asked that no more than four cars be present at any time, and no more than 10 guests at any time. Also, our storage closet for the apartments is right inside the front door to the building (before you go up the stairs to your apartment), on occasion we may access this during your stay.
